Now gone from the Las Vegas scene but not forgotten. This was one great adventure after another.. Let this review be a tribute to those that worked so hard to put this performance together .. One of Las Vegas best ever...

This show was one of my favorites here in Las Vegas. Where can you spend a perfect romantic evening without investing a ton of money, time, and hassle? (If you can't guess the answer, you'd better stay away from the casinos while you're here!)

Caesars Magical Empire, from the moment you enter the door, allows ample time for intimate conversation, drinks, gourmet food, private strolls, entertainment, laughter and lots of hand-holding. Best yet, all you do is buy one ticket, (well, O.K. one ticket each) and Caesars takes care of the rest.

The fun starts with your descent into the catacombs of the Magical Empire. A guide shows you to your dining chamber - a small room for about 25 people with seating along the walls and at a beautiful marble table in the center. After some opening incantations and entertainment - bread breaks, wine flows and the delicious meal is served. (There is a choice of four entrees) Periodically throughout dinner you are entertained with illusions and amusement, though there is also ample quiet time to enjoy your food and company.

As much fun as it's been, the evening has barely begun. There's the Pagoda Theater - an intimate setting for astonishing close-up magic, the Sultan's Palace - a large theater for grand illusions, a lounge with a skeleton comedy team and Invisibella, a phantom pianist who takes requests. Of course there's more, but you really have to be there to believe it.

The characters in the Magical Empire successfully set the mood for the evening - and they don't take themselves too seriously, which gives a relaxed atmosphere that is so important when you're spending 3 or more hours in their company.

The bottom line is, GO. It's something fun, that the average person can't do anywhere but Las Vegas - and it leaves some great memories for everyone.
