The volcano was always pretty cool, but a few years ago it
was closed down and re-designed with fabulous results.
It now has better lighting, sound, and choreography.
(Who exactly choreographs a volcano, I wonder?) and as
always there's no charge - just hang out and wait for the
action to start!

Pirate's Sea Battle
Every fifteen minutes from dusk til midnight, the volcano in
front of the Mirage magically erupts with
a great roar, spewing flames and water 100 feet above the ground until the very
surface of the lagoon is on fire.
